We want everyone to be able to use neutralads.com and the client portal, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom, or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. In practice, that standard asks for text with enough contrast, pages that work with a keyboard, descriptions for images and charts, and forms that say what each field needs.
How we check
We check the pages of neutralads.com with an automated accessibility tool (axe) and using only a keyboard, and we fix what we find. Last review: 2026-10-10.
What may not work yet
Some parts come from other companies, such as the anti-spam check, and we can't fully control how accessible they are. If one of them gets in your way, write to us and we'll help another way.

If something on the site is hard to use, email hello@neutralads.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days, and if you need to apply or get your numbers another way, we'll make it work.
